The Customer Portal is currently available to registered North America customers only. The main purpose of the portal is to make prices available online for products such as fasteners, tool assemblies and tool spare parts and components. Results of price searches also include a variety of other tools to help you find information quickly including stock and delivery status, links to fastener technical specs, special delivery and product availability at other customer locations.

If you navigate away from either of these pages, you can return to perform an Inventory or Pricing search by clicking the ‘Home’ link at the top of any page.
Entering part numbers
Follow the guidelines below and type all part numbers of interest into the respective search form. If you have a long list of numbers in Excel or other program, simply copy the list and paste it into the search form. Initiate the search by clicking the 'Search' button located below the part number entry field.
• Part numbers must be customer or Stanley part numbers only - competitor part numbers or other fastener industry numbers are not recognized.
• Part numbers can be found using the predictive search, but must match the part numbering system.
• Partial part numbers such as 01661-006 will bring up associated parts in the predictive search for all parts containing the alpha-numeric characters entered.
• Multiple part numbers are allowed, up to 20 part numbers for Inventory searches and up to 30 part numbers for Pricing searches.
• Fastener, tool assembly and tool spares part numbers can be listed in the same search attempt.
Part number entries for searches are predictive and not case sensitive

Prices
Prices are shown in USD and values are adjusted to reflect exchange rate for Canada. US distributors will see their price and the suggested OEM price. Canadian distributors will only see their price.
Special delivery request
A button labeled 'Special Delivery Request' is included in the results of each price search. The button is located below the product identifiers and to the right of the 'Special Delivery Request' button. Clicking the button opens a new browser window. The new window contains a form that you submit to request modified delivery schedule for a product. Follow the on-screen instructions and submit the form.
Special delivery requests are only considered when product is in a market driven situation or when delivery modification will help secure other business.
Distributor inventory
In an effort to increase customer chances at finding and purchasing readily available product, Stanley allows portal customers (distributors) to post inventory values for products at their facility. This feature is intended solely for product in inventory within your organization that is slow moving and has been designated as excess. When a price search is performed for one of those part numbers, a button labeled 'Distributor Inventory' is included in the price search results. When the button is clicked, a new browser window opens to our new inventory partner’s site – Mectronic – where you can search inventory values and contact information of all customers who have the part.
Your price does not apply to the inventory listed in excess inventory. The price is determined by the owner of the product.
Messages
Occasionally, prices will not be found during a price search. When this occurs, an informational message will explain the situation and required actions.
Account management
The account management screen (people icon) can only be accessed after successful login to the portal. Access the account management screen by clicking the person icon on any page in the web site. The people icon is located in the upper right corner of all pages.
The account management screen (people icon) contains the customer’s current registered profile including address and a link to change password.
